[RC] Withers - Barb Peck

Probably the over pad is a "shaped" pad, contoured - which rises slightly for 
the withers, 
and the under pad (felt) is not...  Some horses withers are high enough, so 
that you absolutely have to use  contoured pads for the over and under pad.-  
and the underpads whether they be felts or a DixieM-  will have to be cut back 
pretty far (like 4inches) around the withers or they create problems of their 
own.
