RE: [RC] Horrible accident - Why? - patty peck

I've had accidents with hot-wire pens and portable panels.  I ONLY tie my horses to a Hi Tie or directly to the trailer now.  Besides it being safer, I can feel their movement through the trailer and I actually sleep better knowing that any mishap will wake me.PP

No assault here. I personally have never tied my trusty dusty endurance
horse to a trailer, but I did have a less experienced mare at a ride that I
did tie at night even though she was in a metal corral that was also
electric. I do like giving my horse the freedom to eat and drink
unteathered, but could really see the advantages and less worry of tying to
something solid at least during the night. I don't think it is a bad thing
at all.
