[RC] Hope Saddles - appleg8

Does anyone on here have or has heard of the HOPE SADDLE made by Joe Maxwell in Cottonwood Calif? If so, could you please email me privately and tell me your experience or what you have heard of it...good or bad?

Another question....do you feel that weight does or does not make a difference in an endurance saddle if all else is great about it? Say a saddle that weighs 26-28 lbs. sans riggings, packs etc.
