[RC] Endurance and Dressage- - Sheila_Larsen

I personally think that dressage instruction is the best thing for any
endurance rider/horse. You just have to take the time to find an
instructor that has keeping your horse (and you) happy. Make sure that
your instructor doesn't have you gripping with your knees (not a good thing
for either discipline). I take dressage lessons several times a week on
one of my horses, actually right now that is her primary form of exercise.
It will teach you contact and balance. As for the clip on Men and Dressage,
if it is the one of the guys trotting around the dressage court (I can't
open it ) I have sent that to many dressage riders and they think it is the
funniest thing in the world. If one can't laugh at oneself life is getting
way to serious.
