No. I'm sorry but I disagree. The EASIEST way to catch a yankee is when
they look at one person and say, "Ya'll want a drink" or whatever.  If I
look at a crowd of people and see 6 over to the side who are talking I
can say, "ya'll get quiet so the vet can talk" (plural).  If *everyone*
is talking I *might* say "All ya'll get quiet so the vet can talk". 
Ya'll is plural.  All ya'll is all encompassing plural.  And...yes, I
know I spell ya'll different from everyone else but when ya'll spell the
conjuntion "Do not" as "D'not" and "We will" as W'ill I'll change that.
