[RC] carrying water to a ride - Laney Humphrey

I have a 60 gal. fabric water "pillow" that I'd like to use at the Grand Canyon 5 day ride, but I've never been able to figure out how to create enough gravity to get the water to flow out of it. I took it to Schellbourne & had it in the bed of my truck, right behind the cab. When I needed the water, I could not get it to flow out because my truck was parked pretty level & there wasn't enough height difference between the bag and the back of the truck. I don't want to put it in the hay rack on top of my trailer because I've already got water stored up there & I don't want to risk more weight up there. Anybody got any brilliant, but simple, ideas?
Laney
