Doesn't always work, Ed. Husband no. 2 was a horsey kinda guy. We had an Old McDonald's kinda farm in Wis. then one day he decided he was tired of horses and I should be too.

 

I consented to selling the cows and goats, but not the horses which became a source of conflict.

 

Anyway, as I told husband no. 3 when we were first dating, "My previous husband wanted me to sell the horses. I've still got the horses."
