Look like Slypners.
I like the concept.Have used them in the past.
Unless they have been updated ....unfortunately the "rubber" insert has a 
tendency to come out of the metal part of the shoe...at least that has been my 
experience.

Need some help please.  Attached is a pic (see url above) of the shoes used 
by the USA team in Aachen.  What are they called?
