[RC] Poll of Ridecampers-re:Becky Siler - Cowgirgoof

Hi All,
I wanted to do an informal poll of ridecamp users.

Tuesday is my last day of work at Walt Disney World after twenty-five years with the company! I've had a great career there, but it was time for me to move on.

So, for years, (even before my illustrious Tevis trip in 2004), I've wanted to hit the road with my two horses and my photography business and just pretty much live from one endurance ride to the next across the United States.

So my question to ridecampers is this: would you guys be willing to support me by letting me park at your farms a week at a time and ride with you? See your trails? Learn your region's ways?
I'd be most willing to trade this service with a horse/farm photo shoot or small "stipend"  when I'm there if needed...
I will be on my own and fully self contained except needing an electric hook-up.
My horses are no trouble and can stay in anything from hotwire pens to pastures- whatever you prefer...

I will certainly be writing journals of this year-long trip, and maybe I'll even compile a book or photo-journal of it.

I hope to be on the road this summer or fall, and of course based on when I leave Florida, that will determine whether I start on a north-western route or the southern route first. Either way, within a year, I'll have covered lots of states.

I love mountains and will be seeking out places to stay near them - but anywhere really, just to "see it all".

At any rate, please let me hear all of your comments, suggestions, & ideas whether positive or not.

Thanks everyone- sure hope to get to meet you in the next year or so!!
