Hi Kari,

Its a beautiful trail. Mostly great footing, not to hard and not to soft. 
The trail travels through pine and hardwood forests and around many pristine 
lakes. Some hills, but mostly flat with some grass along the trail. Camping 
is primitive and in a field, there is plenty of room so you shouldn't be 
crowded. The U.P. this time of year is absolutely beautiful with the fall 
colors, you should go up there and check this ride out. I think it will 
become one of your favorites.
