Angie, The whole FEI thing happened/started
in 1986 with both a NAC and a EC, and a WEC. It evened out in 1987 when
there was a EC and i have 'no data' on the NAC, and the Worlds began in Ft.
Royal in 1988 and from then on it rotated in alternernate years between the WEC
and the NAC's. ts
