[RC] Virginia City 100 - Catfish Daniels

Connie - it was awesome! Had a great time up at Virginia City. And to all the NASTR riders - what a great bunch of folks - really looking forward to seeing them at another Western Region ride.

Rode the entire ride together with Melody Wong. I got spoiled !!!!! Thanks Mel for encouraging a strict pace - you know how my mare loves to go at the beginning of a ride. Anyway, we both tied for 10th at our first VC ride, and every minute of that ride was nothing but fun, incredible scenery and....fun.

There were 62 riders - which I was really happy to see such a nice turn out in a 100 miler. The town of VC is one of the coolest I've been to - bring your wallet!!

Everybody remembers a ride, no matter what distance, where everything just went flawless. So far I'd say this one was it for me.
