Okay, you guys.  I went to Sam Spade, http://www.samspade.org/ , and 
entered usendurance.net in the blank "at Magic" and clicked "Whois".
That gave me:
usendurance.net = [ 216.39.58.164 ]
  Domain Name.......... usendurance.net
    Creation Date........ 2006-08-14
    Registration Date.... 2006-08-14
    Expiry Date.......... 2009-08-14
    Organisation Name.... Michael Lewis
    Organisation Address. P O Box 99800
    Organisation Address.
    Organisation Address. EmeryVille
    Organisation Address. 94662
    Organisation Address. CA
    Organisation Address. US
Next I went to SPEWS.  Now anyone who knows anything about hard asses on 
the SPAM front knows that SPEWS is the toughest of the bunch.  I entered
216.39.58.164 in SPEWS and guess what?  SPEWS doesn't have that url
listed.

Therefore, either earthlink is working off an old spam list that hasn't
been updated in forever or they have their brains where the sun don't
shine.

BTW, NEW is right!  Look at that registration date!
