[RC] Wendell Robie-first Tevis - Dawn Simas

Wendell was born in 1895, and the first "Western States Trail Ride" (wasn't known as Tevis Cup until later) was in 1955.  So, depending on the date of his birthday and the date of the ride that year, he was around 60 years old.

Bit of fun trivia:  There was 3 rides originally.  A 3 day, 2 day, and 100 miles in one day.  Started two days before Wendell rode the one day ride, with people scattered about the trail camping ahead of him and the other 4 riders.  They thought that may be where the interest would be, a trail ride over 2 or 3 days.
