[RC] How long to get a membership card - Michael Maul

In response to:

hey guys, i just got my AERC membership 2 weeks ago. i'm wondering if
i should expect something in the mail that will have my id number or
something to that effect? does anyone know how long it usually takes
them to send something out? i'm filling out a ride entry form and i
need the info...

The office is generally very prompt about sending out membership cards except around Nov when most members renew. They get a little backlogged then.

Your name is not in the AERC records as a member under the name Kozlowska so you are not even in the system.

I suggest calling the office at either 530-823-2260 or toll free 866-271-AERC to see what the problem is.

You can always check to see your status or AERC number at

http://www.doublejoy.com/erol/aerc/lookup/lookup.asp

by entering your last name and selecting from the lower left list.
You can get your horse's number that way too. Enter only one word from the horse's name. The system doesn't accept 2 or more words.

Mike
