How about reverse numbers? I'm 76, but when the horse and I are doing well on the trail, maybe top ten on a 30 miler, I feel 60 again!! (doesn't last very long, but fun while it does)
Horses keep you young.

Bruce, this took me a minute to get...then after pondering back on it awhile, I just got to wondering...could somebody come up with something like a "heat index" that applies to age? I mean, like, I'm 46 but if you figure in my miles you could say I "feel like" I'm 70?
