[RC] Regional 100 mile incentive programs - rides2far

I can name several members who are in the northeast that belong to
SEDRA and
SERA. To name one, Dinah and Steve Rojek.

The NE they have ECTRA which seems to be far more like endurance. The SE
has NATRC and there's far less crossover. Personally, I don't like my
miles split, so even if I planned to go slow I'd rather stay with AERC
rides...despite the fact I'd rather support AERC financially. Also,
Steve & Dinah (and several other NE riders) live in FLA in the winter.

I've also gotten a private post from a CT rider who isn't dying to join
SERA just to get her CT points in this program. I have no problem with
both having a program, that's great. Just don't think it's beneficial
that they should be interlocking.
