Re: [RC] Horse Trailers/Stock type - Barbara McCrary

We haul our horses in a 20' gooseneck stock trailer with no dividers. We tie them to the rail on the left side and they ride self-positioned slant load. We find it perfectly successful. Some people let them loose, but I don't feel good about that.

Hi RC
I have been looking for a used trailer that was safe and that I could afford.Well I found a 12ft. 6 ft. wide and 6'6 high open stock trailer, but I have never had a trailer that didn't have the didviders. So...The question is are they ok for horses? is best to tie them or have them loose? Thank you
Andra
