Yes, KER's Equi-Jewel is stabilized and is also calcium balanced.
Most brands on the market are stabilized, but not all have added calcium. MoreGlo brand is not calcium balanced, which means you need to make up the calcium somewhere else in the diet, such as with beet pulp or alfalfa. My understanding is that the phosphorus will leach calcium from the body (bones) if it is not adequate in the diet. I believe it is at least 2 to 1 ratio of calcium to phosphorus that is optimum.

I use Kentucky Equine Research's FRM Equi-Jewel pelleted Rice Bran: 50 lbs for around $28.00 and has 20% fat. I live in Northwest FL.
