RE: [RC] [RC] cooling vests - Kristen A Fisher

Didn't someone once say that they didn't work that well in humidity? [Since
it's the evaporation from the crystals that cools you]? Probably OK for
Tevis but maybe not so great for everyday riding in TX or SE. Anyone in TX
use one?
