I invite anyone interested in evaluating methodology in pursuit of FEI excellence at an actual 100 mile race to peruse the ride results from the recent Fort Howes enduranced race.

 

John Teeter was kind enough to provide Speed Phase information from vet check to vet check.

 

I find it interesting that the fastest riders to the first and second vet checks got pulled from the ride.  Perhaps the wrong plan was put into place, particularly on an endurance course with which most of the riders were familiar.

 

Must be what the FEI is looking for.
