RE: [RC] [RC] Western States Buckle - Ranelle Rubin

I tried to yesterday, but was unable to sign on to my ebay account..password issue I guess. I did put a request for someone to contact the seller and ask him or her to hold on to it until Gary could reach him. Typically, the Foundation will go buy it immediately. This has happened here in Auburn at a pawn shop with a Tevis buckle.
