Marta, there are a bunch of different pads on the
market. I've been thrilled with the Supracor pads, as they are thin, and I have
one of those saddles that needs little padding, for a good fit. Too thick, and
it just does not fit. Many of the gel pads that arena type riders use, I'd guess
would not let the heat escape like I would feel it should on a distance ride.
The heat would rise, and then just stop. I'm sure there are others that are
thinner like the Supracor, that folks can chime in on.
