I was listening to the Beatles' Sargent Pepper Lonely Hearts.... and 
thinking they'd really gone over the edge in the 60's and by the time 
the 70's rolled around, I was in AZ in my madras dresses campaigning for 
McCarthy and reading Castaneda -- and wishing I could eat the button 
without throwing up but hated being sick so no dice -- so much for my 
Indian spiritual path (yet I still did the nature hikes and meditation). 
Didn't like pot because I always liked to talk and it interfered with 
that and the other drugs were too scary so I am with you, Ed --- I 
remember it all-- and it was a much nicer time than today! Make Peace...
