Go to your local lumber supplier and purchase
sufficient wood to make blocks to raise the jacks up. 2x8 boards cut to
the length required and then screwed together at right angles to stack up to the
proper height will work.
The advantage and reason for wood is that unlike
concrete it fails slowly with bending and not by suddenly cracking and turning
to dust.
If the camper is to be left on damp ground, the
extra money for pressure treated wood may be worth it.
