no just kidding - i'm sure it works since you love it but I couldn't
imagine riding with duck tape in my knickers !!
I've had this problem in the past but have since found a saddle which fits
both me AND the horse and has a lovely cushioned smooth leather seat without too
much rise in front- and find that unpadded tights are better with this saddle as
they don't add that extra layer which can actually cause bruising rather than
prevent it
I also find that creams, vaseline and such make the problem worse -
the skin gets softer and chafes more easily
big granny knickers obligatory though - always!! (and they can double up as
a bum bag too!)
Mountain Horse does comfortable ones - with the stitching of the
seams following the seat rather than straight down so you don't sit on
it
Okay so I know it sounds crazy but Duck
tape. Got this out of and Endurance news on all the uses for Duck
tape. Tried it, loved it. Just put a strip of duck tape on the
outside of your panties along the crotch area and it totally keeps things
under control. You can or not then use any creams or whatever for
backup but the tape works great. Go Figure.
