[RC] Staging area PATROL - Steve


OK  heres a idea  to  do  the Western States 100 foot run the runner has to
volunteer some where in that preyear 8 hours of trail work or events even a
horse event or any type of community help to get qualifed into the run 
A staging area 8 hour lookout even with a six pack and a pizza would work
ive tried to pass this with all  100 mile or fifty mile Horse events to get
more volunteers from riders but it never flew,
