[RC] anybody know the answer to this? - Laney Humphrey

A newbie rider going to the Bluebonnet ride in Texas (where Jonni is) has a friend who wants to ride along side her for support but not enter the ride. I found rule 6K which seems to say that the entrant will be disqualified if she is paced or prompted by a non-entered rider. This newbie thinks that since the ride is in a national park and the trails aren't closed, that it will be ok. Anyone know if having a non-entered horse ride along side you during a ride is allowed?
