Re: [RC] Pads for treeless saddles - Sharon Levasseur

Since I'm a Skito dealer I won't try and talk to you about brands, all I'll say
is that it's important to get a pad with really good spine clearance. Also,
depending on your weight, you may want different padding inside the pad to help
you spread your weight out better. Skito offers several different
configurations depending on the rider's weight and the horse's conformation.

If you do decide on a Skito, be sure and contact me for a price. I can save you
at least $15 depending on what features you want.

Forgive me if this subject has been beat to death. What saddle pads are
people using with their treeless saddles? I've seen Hilason pads on eBay, but
have heard both good and bad about their saddles. Are the pads any good, or
is it best just to pony up and get a Skito?

Sarah
