[RC] RVI - Bruce Weary DC

This is the first I have heard of RVI, and I have begun reading some about it on the internet. However, I don't know enough to offer an informed opinion. Anybody else have experience with it or able to comment ? Sounds like interesting stuff, and yes, would violate Rule 13 on ride day. Before and after, probably okay. Bruce Weary
