Re: [RC] [RC] Did you know?? - Truman Prevatt

Go for it Joe. I had a little trepidation at first but the guy that did mine developed the procedure when he was at Hopkins so I figured he knew what he was doing. I suspect you have very good people in Denver. It didn't take long - a few hours from the time you show up to you were finished - and there is some after care - drops. But I went from almost legally blind with astigmatic to not needing any correction except for reading. I sure can't complain about that.

I'm going to be out in your neck of the woods the third week of may - up for lunch or dinner?

I've been encouraged by your experience. I've developed a cataract in my right eye, and I'm having the lens replacement done next month right after Ft. Howes. Insurance is paying for it. I expect the left one will need it in a year or two.

I'm looking forward to the improved vision.
