[RC] wave catalytic heater - Tammy Shuck

Hi, I just got a new (used) Exiss trailer with a tiny weekender package.It has a air conditioner/heat strip. I would like to put some kind of heater in it and I was wondering about the wave heater. Are these safe in a small (very small) area, can you leave it on while you sleep? Are the hard to install? What other options do I have for heat? I do have a small Honda generator but I know they arent very popular with the neighbors.
