[RC] Cool Medics - Horse Neck Cooler - Dawn Simas
I have one, but haven't needed to use it yet. It's very neat though, you could even ride in it. It has velcro closures and the topline has open slits to pull the mane through so that the neck is cooled on both sides. And a little clip at the poll to attach to the headgear to keep it from sliding down. :)
