I just bought about 45 bales of a crab grass/alfalfa mix hay. The horses are sucking it up, but I was wondering what kind of nutritional value crab grass has. It's supposed to be about a 75/25% (alfalfa the 25%) mix. I

My understanding is that Crab Grass is a low Sugar grass, so that to me would be GREAT...
