[RC] Fun Ride in Norther California - sandy rovane

This is a fun ride and is lots of fun.  Located in
Georgetown CA.  The proceeds go to further the trail
system in El DOrado County which is an excellent
training area for TEVIS. Due Barner is a great area to
park to stay overnight.

Dru Barner Fun Ride May 28, 2006
El Dorado Equestrian Trails Foundation will be having
its annual Fun Ride on Sunday, May 28, 2006, to be
held at the Dru Barner campground, located 7 miles
East of Georgetown, California.   There will be three
different loop trails from the park.  Whether you
choose to ride the 5-mile, 12-mile, or 25-mile flagged
trail, there will be something for you, from a
leisurely stroll along the trail to conditioning for
endurance.  The cost is $30.00, or $25.00 with an
EDETF Membership, and includes dinner (Juniors under
18-1/2 price).  Overnight camping is available at the
campground, the cost is $8.00.  Many riders chose to
camp on Saturday night.

RESERVATIONS ARE MANDATORY.  Entry deadline is May 25,
2006.  For further information, reservations, or entry

El Dorado Equestrian Trails Foundation is a nonprofit
corporation with a 501 C (3). The specific purpose of
this corporation is to preserve, create, maintain and
advance recreational trails for present and future
use.
The proceeds from the ride will go towards the
completion of the Dru Barner & Donaldson Parks and the
surrounding trail system.  This event is conducted
under a special use permit issued by the Forest
Service to El Dorado Equestrian Trails Foundation.
