[RC] Founder question - Jonni

Thanks Jonni - that shoots my thoughts about mares only down! Do you have

any clue as to what that gelding was eating before you got him?<<<


He was in pasture in Florida, near Ocala. I think they have Bahia grass? Not
sure. And his feet were way, way long from no trimmings, so that was what we
originally thought was the lameness issue, but I believe he had already
rotated before we got him home. His coat was just beautiful. One that a show
person would do anything for. And, it was Spring time...March I think, and
he had shed all the winter coat (such as they get in Florida)

This is interesting, and I'd be curious to hear from others too.
