RE: [RC] [RC] someone needs to compose a book Tails (er Tales) of the Trail - Amber B Fort

Well, I could put something together.  I do like to write.  If anyone would like to send their "Tails (Tale) of the Trail, they could email it to me.

If it (tale) gets sent, that wouldn't constitute permission given.  Of course names will be changed to protect the innocent! ;)

If you would like to ad your story to the collection, just put Tales of the Trail submission in the subject header so I know to look for it in my junk folder.

Amber, Sounds like YOU have the book. The title is the first thing. Now, how about some chapters

Er...bodily functions
Amazing misadventures
So you thought you were an expert

You could collect the stories from the ridecamp archives. You can paraphrase them into your own words or create them as a series of journals. In the later mode, you'd need to get sign off from the author. You could create it as an e-book for ease and simplicity or it could be a regular book. Have you ever read the "cookbook for manifolds"
That's a book of recipes that you can cook in the engine of your car or truck while traveling. I always thought it would be a good book for ridecampers.

I could coach you to achieve this if you wanted it.

Subject: [RC] someone needs to compose a book (Tails (er Tales) of the Trail

I have been reading RC with great interest these days with all the trail stories of great AMUSING content.  Someone needs to compose a book.  I already have a title:

(Tails (er Tales) of the Trail

A composite of what REALLY goes on when riding endurance!
