[RC] AHA Horse Acheivement Awards and LD placement - - Jonni

So how can those of us who are chasing the Horse Achievement Honors
fairly report are placement and points to the AHA office if Ride Manager
choose to list completions only? A rider could pick up quite a few points
by finisihing a LD in the top ten with 50+ riders, (in the West it's
common). I know there is fear of "racing", but is it fair for a RM to make
this decision for you?<<<

I guess you could also look at it from the point of view is it fair to the
ride manager to have them change it for a small handful of riders who are
entered in a breed program? You have the right to pick and chose what rides
you attend for what ever reasons. Managers will tell you how they handle the
LD rides if you contact them ahead of the ride, and you can choose not to
support that ride if you wish.
