The Right to Ride is an important topic, BUT. This link has been circulating 
 as a current call to action on various email lists I've been on for 
several months now. It was introduced in February 2005. I hate to admit I'm 
not sure what happened to it, although I seem to recall there was a problem 
with the bill it was attached to and was going to need to be brought up 
again in 2006? Does anyone know if we need to contact our letgislators again 
if we already did so months ago? Won't it look foolish if we keep emailling 
them to vote for something that isn't up for vote?
