Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I have a horse that sunfishes if asked to canter when he's too fresh, and 
his trot is fast enough to be all I need in speed.  When asked to go faster, 
he just trots faster, as Jessica noted.  I also had a horse once who trotted 
fast enough for my satisfaction, and his canter was so uncomfortable, I 
never asked for, nor needed it.
