[RC] Re: [RC]?? Knee Pain - Marinera

Pictures of me endurance riding always show me leaning far too forward in the saddle and with shoulders hunched.  While I may suffer slightly from general stiffness in the saddle after a few hours, I do not have hip, knee or back pain.  Perhaps what Angie said could be helping me and I repeat her words as they might be of help to others.
What helped me most was something Donna Snyder Smith demonstrated. Sit in
a chair sitting up straight with your knees out in front of you. Stand
up. It pulls across the knees and hurts. Now sit in a chair, lean forward
till your weight is over your knees and just sort of unfold as you come
up. Feels *much* better. I've learned to sort of? my weight well forward
as I rise posting and really don't have a lot of pain any more.?
Good luck all.
