[RC] [RC] Bits - for those of you who love your horse, read. - Nat Nelson

For those who love their horse should know their horse
intimately and use the proper head gear and/or bit. I
know a gal that got hurt by using a bitless bridle on
a horse that truly requires a bit. The bitless bridle
is not for everyone and not suitable for every horse!

I've ridden in snaffles to full spades on my horses
and they are only as severe as the hands on the end of
the reins.

While I could ride my current horse in a bitless
bridle (she is very responsive in a plain snaffle and
has been ridden in a sidepull). My current bit is very
moderate, but; it is there whenever I MIGHT need it!
