[RC] Solar Powered Water Tank - Broken Diamond Ranch

My ranch is off the power grid and the weather outside is frightful...

Traditional stock tank heaters are not an option or any other 110 volt water heater.  Has anyone seen or used the Solar Power Water Trough that Country Supply has available?  I don't even know who the manufacturer is of this set up, yet.

The price is pretty scary but if it prevents ONE colic it would have been worth the $360.  (Currently we are using the old 'sledge hammer and scoop' method to keep the ice broken on the horse's water tanks).

Thanks - Sally (brokendiamondranch@xxxxxxx)
