What are the ramifications of a positive drug test at the 
International level? 


I don't know the full ramifications. Certainly DQ at the event
in question. But there may be longer term sanctions. I'm online 
at 2dhuram/min (@US$40/hr) and can't afford to go look it up.
but go to www.sporthorse.org (or is that www.horsesport.org - I 
can never remember ...) and check it out:) in the meantime, I'll
ask around if I see and FEI guy (they are scarce ...)
