[RC] Regard buying the best - Ridecamp Guest

They are no longer "buying up the best". They are breeding their own. They own
many breeding farms w/top racing lines here in the US. They buy a few to keep
us playing w/them. Its obvious they don't have to buy them. If they see a
special one then they'll offer. Why didn't they buy the winners of Tevis for
the "big bucks"? Because they're learning that not all horses stay sound after
winning 100 mile races. Its cheaper to invite you over than pay the big bucks
for a possible unsound horse. Once you prove the horse on their turf then they
may offer to buy it.

Maktoum has a huge breeding/racing barn here, both Arabians and Thorobreds.
