Dont get me wrong here I commend our team
for their effort. They did as they were told
and stayed as a team. My thoughts go to Bev
who above all keeps her horses welfare first 
and foremost. From the sounds of what happened
it could have happened to any one of us whether
we were at home going around for a completion or
as it happened on WEC day half way across the
world. The factors involved with all the traveling
acclimation totally different atmosphere has
to be taken into affect even with a heads up
it can happen to the best. The bottom line here 
is I myself am proud of the U.S. flag and want to
see the stars and stripes shine for once with
the big races and if we dont change our thoughts
and strategys it will NEVER happen! It can be done
with beet pulp hay and GOOD training. If we were to 
start focusing NOW on the next WEC maybe we could
get a good kick butt team together go to select
rides where it is carefully thought out and
benificial to the horse to where all the team
will be at peak performance for Germany. Anything
is possible you just have to want it. We are 
Americans and theres nothing we cant do if we set
our minds to it. We need to look at the U.A.E. 
performance (only one horse tested positive)
that doesnt mean the rest are doing it. We really
need to take a hard look at their performance
and see how they have improved through the
years and learn to go on from this and try
to better ourselves instead of whining about it.
