[RC] snow ride - Ridecamp Guest

==========================================

I live in Northern California and just love it. In the winter months I ride
the desert country and the spring, summer and fall I ride the forest, all
within a half hour from my home. Last week we had our first real snow and I
took one of my trusty steeds and rode up in the trees and through the snow. It
was beautiful. Pure white snow and it did glisten. It was magical. It was
just my horse, dog and myself for a four hour ride. This is truly wilderness
country so there are no worries of any motorized vehicles of any sort. For
some reason, once you're on your horse the cold doesn't seem to bother one at
all. It's just the getting on and going that's the stumbling block.(haha) I
just wanted to share this with you guys, because I think only another rider
could understand the peace and serenity that you could have with your horse.
