Hank wears a 2 easyboot on front over shoes, and
one easyboot on rear over shoes. Not sure of his shoe size, but has nice big
round healthy fast growing feet. I think he is in St. Croix eventers. Gambler is
Rushcreek, and I had wished he would have had those nice big round feet I have
seen on many of their horses, but his are the smallest of my guys, and kind of
slab sided, more mule shaped, and I'm guessing he wears 0's. The others wear at
least 1's on the front when I do shoe them. Right now, they are pasture pets,
and do nothing but eat and make manure.
I'm sure that there are some Arabian lines that
might be known for bigger feet than others. I seem to have seen a change in the
size of their feet in the past 20 years, and they are larger in
general.
