FW: Re: [RC] R9 AM/JR HIGH POINT MESSAGE FOR R9 EBLAST - RICHARD M levine

Happy Thanksgiving to one and all!

Ridecamp readers who compete in Endurance and or Competitive Trail events and are residents of Region 9 AHA and compete at events within Region 9, are entitled to enter the Region 9 Amateur/Junior annual High Point awards program.

It is not too late to enter as long as you gather all your 2005 activity and log them into the appropriate forms as detailed below. For one single horse/rider entry of only $25, you can compete for Top 5 and Top 8 Regional quality ribbons, as well as a beautiful trophy that goes to each Category champion. Credit is given for both AERC & NATRC competition as well as Limited Distance, Competitive Trail Novice and Competitive Trail Pleasure at reduced point ratings (See Activity report form for point tables).....

Awards are presented at a wonderful High Point Luncheon at the R9 Horsefest in January. Several hundred Arabian members are expected to attend....come get recognized and honored by your peers for all your training and competition during the 2005 season.....

Please pass this message onto any of yoru clubs or friends, onelists etc, where you know there may be interest in the program. You have until Nov 30th, to get your paperwork postmarked!

If anyone is interested in sponsoring either Endurance or Competitive Trail, they go for $75 each and help offset the cost of the awards, while keeping individual entry fees at a low rate. You will get repeat recognition for the sponsorship at the Horsefest, and we will be happy to distribute any commercial flyers for you if you have a business to promote.

Re: NOT TOO LATE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2005 REGION 9 AHA HIGH POINT PROGRAM !!

If you have not already enrolled into the 2005 Region 9 High Point program, it is not too late to do so. You can still enter as long as you postmark your entry no later than Nov 30th 2005. You can "Grandfather" your activity back to the start of this season which was Dec 1st, 2004, and show all Open and Class A activity thru the program close which is Nov 30th, 2005!

To access entry forms and activity report forms, simply go to the Region 9 AHA website at:

www.region9aha.com, click on the Highpoint button, and download the pdf files marked 2005 entry form, and 2005 activity report form to your printer. The cost is a low $25 per horse & rider combination. This is a one time fee that covers the entire year activity per entry.

As in the past, you are cordially invited to attend the annual R9 High Point and Working Western Awards Luncheon, held at Horsefest 2006, Hamton Inn, Mesquite, Tx on Saturday, January 21st, 2006, 11:45am to 1pm. Entrants will be recognized for their year long achievement in front of their peers at a wonderful luncheon that expects several hundred to be in attendance. Regional Grade Ribbons in Performance and Age groups will be presented along with beautiful Trophies to each Category Champion.

Do not miss this wonderful opportunity to be recognized for all your hard work. To participate,

* Get your entry postmarked and mailed to HP Secretary by Nov 30th, 2005. Mail to
Laurie Van Cleve, 91 Jones Road, Jacksonville, Ar 72076 email: htarabians@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

* Questions ??? Contact Richard M Levine Cell tel 281-748-2097 or email richardmlevine@xxxxxxx

* Need Hotel Reservations, contact Hampton Inn, 800-722-1891. Tell them you want the R9 rate.

Lastly, if you would like to support this fine program, CATEGORY SPONSORSHIPS are still available at $75.00 each. Contact Richard M Levine at richardmlevine@xxxxxxx for details. What better way to show your support for a worthwhile program that encourages the use and promotion of the beautiful Arabian and Half Arabian Horse....while fully recognizing the achievement of our Amateur and Junior Riders and Owners!

We take this opportunity to wish all of you and yours a Happy and Healthy Thanksgiving season.

Best regards,

Richard M Levine
