Yes there is a "stickier" biothane with molded in "pimples" like you find in the sewn on rubber grips. It is not made from rubber, though, but a form of the beta biothane and is available in many if not all the beta colors. This material in black with the yellow sewn on the bit ends would be quite sharp looking!
I do not offer breastcollars lined with neoprene, but do make neoprene slipcovers for the shoulder straps and between the legs if you wish. It does cover up the colors though.
